Located in East Cork, the Midleton Distillery is a beautifully restored 18th-century complex where Jameson Irish Whiskey is made today. With towering copper pot stills and stone warehouses, this site bridges centuries of distilling know-how with modern craftsmanship.
The signature tour includes a guided journey through the history of Irish whiskey, the distillation process, and a comparative tasting that highlights the smoothness Jameson is known for.
